Shipping policy

All ready to ship orders are shipped out within 5 BUSINESS days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders/commissions ship out within the time frame specified in your contract and if there are any delays they will be discussed via email or phone call. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days of being shipped though shipping times are not guaranteed as they are dependant on weather and things outside our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges or fees.
