Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you work with Interior Designers?

A: Yes, absolutely. I love collaborating with interior designers to create one-of-a-kind woven artwork that brings texture, depth, and meaning to a space. Whether it’s a custom piece for a private residence or statement art for a commercial project, I’m happy to work with you to find just the right fit.  Contact me to start the conversation.

Q: How do I inquire about getting my own custom piece of art?

A: Commissioning a piece is simple. You can fill out this inquiry form, email me directly, or reach out through my contact page. I’ll get back to you personally so we can discuss your vision, space, and ideas.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my commission?

A: Timelines depend on the size and complexity of your piece, but most commissions are completed within 4–6 weeks of starting your weaving. Because each piece is handwoven and highly intentional, I take on just 1–2 commissions per month to ensure the work receives the care and presence it deserves.

Q: How much will my custom piece of art cost?

A: Custom pieces begin at $3 per square inch, with pricing varying based on size, detail, and materials. Framing and shipping are additional and will be quoted once we determine your final specifications and destination.

Q: What is the process for a commission?

A:

    1. We begin with a conversation about your space, palette, and vision.

    2. You’ll receive 2–3 concept sketches to choose from.

    3. Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your spot in my commission calendar.

    4. I begin weaving. You’ll receive updates along the way.

    5. Upon completion and final payment, your artwork is carefully packed and shipped.

    6. You hang it—and enjoy it for years to come.

Q: What size weaving can I commission?

A: My loom can accommodate works up to 60” x 60” (5 ft x 5 ft). For larger-scale projects, I also create diptychs, triptychs, or multi-panel installations. If you're envisioning something truly bold or site-specific, I’d love to discuss what’s possible.
